Learning about the harmful chemicals we put into our bodies through her nutrition education got Olivia thinking about the ones we put on our largest organ, our skin. The sad reality: there are hundreds of hormone-disrupting chemicals commonly found in personal care products. Once Olivia discovered this and learned more about the medicinal properties found in herbs, she began using them instead to make her own products in a quest to cut dangerous synthetics out of her life.
